OFFICIAL RULES
THE HY-VEE PERKS MEMBER SUKUP INDYCAR RACE WEEKEND TICKETS GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES SERIES RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
- ELIGIBILITY: The Hy-Vee PERKS Member Sukup INDYCAR Race Weekend Tickets Giveaway Sweepstakes Series (the “Sweepstakes”) are open only to existing Hy-Vee PERKS and PERKS+ loyalty members at the time of entry. Employees of Hy-Vee, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and its parent and/or affiliate companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to enter or win prizes. The Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and are void where prohibited. Participation constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
- SPONSOR: Hy-Vee, Inc., 5820 Westown Parkway, West Des Moines, Iowa 50266-8223, is the sponsor of the Sweepstakes to be held by the Hy-Vee corporate office.
- SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes will commence on May 21, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) and end on June 11, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CDT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
- TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, to submit a valid entry, eligible Members must use the following URL: https://app.viralsweep.com/sweeps/full/67c126-206657 to visit the Sweepstakes website (the “Website”). Once on the Website, participants must follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form. LIMIT: one entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Sukup Manufacturing Co., INDYCAR LLC, Brickyard Trademarks, Inc. or the Iowa Speedway.
- WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION: The potential Prize Winners will be selected by Sponsor during a random Drawing to be held on or about June 12, 2025. Winners will be notified by phone or email within four (4) days of selection and must accept the prize within twenty-four (24) hours.
- PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: Sponsor will randomly select seventy-five (75) potential Prize Winners. Each Prize Winner will receive two (2) Grandstand tickets for both July 12 and July 13, 2025 at the Iowa Speedway. Approximate retail value per prize: $240. Total ARV of all prizes: $18,000.
- PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: No cash redemptions or substitutions allowed except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winners are responsible for taxes and all costs not specified.
- PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, winners consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and other personal information for promotional purposes without further compensation.
- DATA COLLECTION: Sponsor collects personal information as outlined in its privacy policy.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, entrants agree to abide by the Official Rules. Sponsor and associated entities are not responsible for technical issues or errors of any kind.
- DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW: All disputes will be resolved individually in the State of Iowa. No class actions. Limited to out-of-pocket expenses. No jury trials.
- OFFICIAL RULES REQUESTS/NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: For a copy of the Official Rules or to receive a winner list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: ATTN – HY-VEE PERKS MEMBER SUKUP INDYCAR RACE WEEKEND TICKETS GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES – OFFICIAL RULES or –WINNERS, 5820 Westown Parkway, West Des Moines, Iowa 50266-8223. Requests must be received by July 15, 2025.
