On May 3, 2007, additional Hy-Vee brand cat and dog food was recalled.

The new recall affects the following (all with bar codes beginning 75450):

Chicken cuts in gravy (bar code ending in 05606)

Stew cuts in gravy (bar code ending in 05572)

Beef/liver cuts in gravy (bar codes ending in 05604 and 05611)

Beef cuts in gravy (bar code ending in 05608)

Sliced chicken in gravy (bar codes ending in 05561 and 05639)

Sliced beef in gravy (bar codes ending in 05546 and 05640)

The original manufacturer's recall, on 3/19/07, involved one type of cat food and one type of dog food sold under the Hy-Vee label. The affected dog food iwas beef cuts in gravy (13.2-ounce cans). All code numbers are affected. The affected cat food is flaked trout feast (3-ounce can). All code numbers are affected.

Hy-Vee customers should return these products to their local store for a refund.
