Jason Farver Joins Hy-Vee Leadership Team as President of Hy-Vee Subsidiary, Perishable Distributors of Iowa (PDI)

WEST DES MOINES, Iowa (Sept. 10, 2021) — Hy-Vee, Inc. announces today that Jason Farver has been named president of Perishable Distributors of Iowa (PDI), a Hy-Vee subsidiary, where he will oversee the operations, strategies and overall growth of PDI, along with Hy-Vee’s other manufacturing facilities.
Farver comes to Hy-Vee after leading VT Industries as president of the company, where he held various management positions for more than 13 years, following his career at Pella Corporation. Farver holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Iowa State University and also graduated from Harvard Business School’s general management program. Farver serves as president of United Christians International, a nonprofit that helps underprivileged families in Haiti.
