Hy-Vee Selling Limited Edition T-Shirts at Select Locations to Raise Funds and Awareness for Local Derecho Victims

WEST DES MOINES, Iowa (Sept. 2, 2020) — Hy-Vee, Inc. announces today that it is selling limited edition Raygun T-shirts at select Hy-Vee locations in Illinois, Iowa and Nebraska, with a portion of proceeds from the sales benefiting victims of the recent Aug. 10 derecho that caused devastating damage across the Midwest.
The purchase of each shirt will result in $5 going toward Hy-Vee’s philanthropic One Step program to benefit local residents who are continuing to rebuild and recover from the recent storm. T-shirts are now available in select stores and feature a variety of designs with phrases such as “Iowa Strong” and “Hurricane Derecho.”
