Hy-Vee Partners with The Sanneh Foundation to Host COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics

Foundation, it will host free COVID-19 vaccination clinics at the Conway Community Center in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine will be administered at each clinic, available to individuals 12 years of age and older. The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine requires two doses that should be administered at least 21 days apart. Minors must have parental/guardian consent to receive the vaccine.
The first clinic will be held Thursday, June 10 from 2-6 p.m. Individuals can schedule an appointment at the clinic here: https://www.hy-vee.com/my-pharmacy/covid-vaccine-consent?event=3a206289-66ac-4e06-b5ae-dfd5f30eba19. A second dose clinic will held at the same time and location on Thursday, July 8.
A second clinic will be held Saturday, June 12 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Individuals can schedule an appointment at the clinic here: https://www.hy-vee.com/my-pharmacy/covid-vaccine-consent?event=76e4c4d9-9209-4c70-8b5f-dee9c093a5fc. A second dose clinic will be held at the same time and location on Saturday, July 10.
Individuals who complete their COVID-19 vaccination with Hy-Vee between June 1 and November 1, 2021, can receive a $10 Hy-Vee gift card.
It is recommended (but not required) that vaccine recipients bring the following to their vaccination: insurance card (if they have insurance) and Medicare Part B red, white and blue card (if Medicare recipient); and photo ID. Masks are required. If individuals do not have insurance, they can still be vaccinated.
