Hy-Vee Partners with Pepsi Beverages Company and Anheuser-Busch to Donate More Than 6,000 Gallons of Water to Southern Iowa

Latest donations will go to Adams, Clarke, Decatur, Madison, Ringgold and Taylor counties
WEST DES MOINES, Iowa (June 8, 2018) — Hy-Vee, Inc. announced today that its supplier partners Pepsi Beverages Company and Anheuser-Busch LLC will donate more than 6,000 gallons of bottled water to southern Iowa communities impacted by an ongoing boil advisory and drinking water warning.
The donations will be delivered on Friday and Sunday. Distribution sites and times are listed below. Residents in the area will be provided the bottled water while supplies last. Hy-Vee continues to work with vendors to make bottled water donations available while the drinking water warning is in place. Earlier this week, Hy-Vee donated 20,000 gallons of bottled water at the Creston, Bedford and Mt. Ayr Hy-Vee stores. The stores have also provided bottled water to food pantries and fire departments in nearby communities. The Bedford Hy-Vee will distribute free bottled water again on Friday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. while supplies last.
